Is a real estate development and construction company registered with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana, New Delhi on 15.07.1983.The Company has been promoted by Sh. Deepak Bhardwaj, Smt. Ramesh Kumari Bhardwaj and later on joined by Sh. Hitesh Bhardwaj, Sh. Nitesh Bhardwaj , who are also Directors of the Company as on date.
The promoters of the company has been associated with the construction and real estate business for the last more than 30 years. Its promoters have done a large number of construction projects to the entire satisfaction of its clients and members of the group housing.
Delhi Apartments Pvt. Ltd. Owns a large number of assets and hotel/motel lands in its kitty worth hundreds of crores in the state of Delhi. Most of its lands are abutting on the National Highway No. 8 (Delhi- Jaipur Road) close to the Indira Gandhi International Airport.
The Directors of the company have a varied experience in the real estate, construction, hotel , industry, group housing, development, promotion and colonization of lands. |
